Applying for a Jump rental property
Our property managers have tenant applications forms available at our opens or you can APPLY HERE.
For each person applying to live in the property, you will need to provide information about current and previous employment, nett income, current rental address, current rent and contact details of your property manager.
We also need 100 points of identification for each person intending to rent the property. This can includes documentation such as passports, driver’s licences, rental receipts and photo ID. The point system is detailed on the application form. We do require legible copies to process your application and all sections on the form need to be completed. This will assist processing your application.
Once your application has been received we will make contact with your current employer (and possibly a past employer), contact your references and your current property manager to qualify you as a suitable tenant for our landlord.
The Jump Property Management team are mindful that you would like to know the outcome of your application as quickly as possible. We will present your application to the landlord as soon as possible. If you are successful, your Jump Property Manager will step you through the lease on the property, when and how to pay your bond and rent and will provide you with information about the property.

You will have access to a tenant portal on this website which will allow you to check on your rental payment history, invoices such as those from SA Water, the ingoing inspection report and routines reports.

The team at Jump take maintenance issues very seriously and we report issues promptly to the landlord. For maintenance issues, please lodge them through the maintenance manager app and we will be in contact with you in the very near future.
